T&Ps please, I'm on my way to L&D UPDATE AGAIN

So I'm 35 weeks 1 day today. I went in for my appointment and ultrasound today and baby girl was measuring very small (4 pounds) for her gestational age. My doctor sent me to a perinatogist who fortunately was able to get me in immediately. The cord flow is restricted which in turn is causing the baby to be growth restricted.
So I am on my way to labor and delivery to get some steroid shots and be monitored. The specialist said that most growth restricted babies don't respond well to delivery so most likely I will have a c-section tomorrow after my second steroid shot.
Please send thought, prayers, good vibes and juju my way. I'm really scared and she is so small.
UPDATE:
The doctor is concerned about her baseline heartbeat and that it isn't varied enough, so they are moving up the timetable and she will be here this evening via c-section. I probably will not have pics to post for a while but will get them up ASAP. Thanks for the support, ladies! It means a lot!
UPDATE 2:
She is here, 3 pounds 9 ounces and 16 inches long. She was delivered via c-section. Her Apgar score was a 9, nice pink baby who screamed like a banshee when she was pulled from her nice, warm hotel! She is doing well in NICU, does not need a ventilator or oxygen and is on room air. Her platelet and white blood cell count were low so they are keeping an eye on that and her lungs look a bit "hazy" but again it isn't bad. Overall she is reacting exactly like a baby who is growth restricted, but is doing as well as can be expected.

PS. She is the most beautiful baby I've ever seen!

Not sure if it makes you feel any better but with my first they said she was 4lb 7oz at 35 weeks. When she was born at 40 weeks she was a healthy 6lb 12oz.
